If you are unable to view this email, please click here SIIRD Increases Mini R&D Co-Funding The Singapore-Israel Industrial R&D Foundation (SIIRD) is pleased to announce that the maximum co-funding amount for the Mini R&D Project has been increased from US$100,000 to US$200,000. SIIRD can now co-fund up to US$200,000 or 50% of the eligible R&D costs, whichever is lower, for Mini R&D Projects. This increase follows the change in the maximum co-funding amount for Full-Scale R&D Project from US$750,000 to US$1,000,000 in June 2011. In view of the growing synergy between Singapore-based companies and Israel-based companies in a diverse range of industries, SIIRD has continuously step up its efforts to bridge the companies from both countries. One of the initiatives is the increase in R&D co-funding support for Mini R&D and Full-Scale R&D Projects. “The increase in co-funding amount to US$200,000 for projects costing approximately US$400,000 will help collaborating companies to embark on more meaningful R&D projects for the market and at the same time, doing such work on a scale that matches their resources.” - GM SIIRD, Mr Chan Eng Chye   Call for Proposal Submission Deadline - 23 Mar 2012 SIIRD is calling for a new round of Joint R&D Project Proposals. We would like to invite Singapore and Israeli companies that are keen to collaborate on joint R&D project to submit their proposals. The submission deadline for this round of Project Proposals has been changed from 1 March 2012 to 23 March 2012. The listed companies cover a wide range of technological areas including Renewable Energy, Software Analytics, Medical Diagnostic Device, Wireless Communication, Water Filtration and Educational Software.
