Started in 2003 with the simple intention of maintaining and preserving service continuity and data integrity in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) environment, C3S systematically mines the transformational ICT landscape and look out for vulnerabilities in ICT deployments that will expose the potential disruptions of existing operations. This unique approach achieves high predictive capability in preventing disruptions to attaining corporate mission and objectives.

Our approach to resilience is preventive, advocating zero tolerance for disruptions. We leave no stone unexplored, even if seemingly unimportant. This seemingly unimportant stone, as ICT adopts the characteristics of a complex system, may be the cause of an unexplained major disruption.

As we worked with our customers and prospects, we realised that the industry lacks a framework to describe, assess and test the resilient characteristics of ICT systems. Recognising this need, we started on the journey to develop a unique suite of resilience solution, Operations Resilience Analysis Framework to help organisations analyse, develop and communicate resilience more effectively. The target markets are organisations investing and capacity building in operations resilience.

We developed WEZMAN is a tool to uncover imperfect decisions inherited unknowingly in organisations, also to analyse current decisions, to ensure that such impediments are identified before any damage can result. The target market is organisations to filter their organisational assumptions for hidden mindsets during the Orient step leading to less unexpected failures.

Blueprint of Rationale is a structured record of how a decision was taken. It shows all the important dependencies of factors leading to the decision. Once a decision is captured in the form of its Blueprint of Rationales, it represents the wisdom and the experience behind the decision, and in the form of a Blueprint of Rationales, it can be transferred effectively between people, which would otherwise be impossible in any other format. The target markets are organisations and government institutions to capture and preserve the decision rationales for decision making.
